Q: Do you clean AGA and other types of heat-storage range cookers?
A: All the members of our team are trained to clean AGA, Rangemaster, Rayburn, and any other kinds of heat-storage range cookers. However, you have to turn off your AGA cooker at least 24 hours before the technician arrives so it has cooled off completely when they start working.
Q: Exactly how long does it take to clean my oven fully?
A: The duration of the oven cleaning service depends on the size and condition of the appliance. Nevertheless, our specialists will be able to give you a time estimate once they have a look at your cooker. That also applies to the fridge, hob, extractor hood and other appliance cleaning service.
Q: Do you clean after yourselves?
A: We always leave customer’s home clean after we are done. The oven cleaning technician lays protective sheets to cover the area around the appliance and wear overshoes to keep your floors immaculate. However, if there is some dirt left after the service, the technician will clean it and leave the place spotless.
Q: What is your coverage?
A: We cover all areas within the M25 circle in London. If you are not sure whether or not you can book us in your area, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will check it for you.
Q: Do I have to give access to electricity or a hot water source for the oven cleaning service?
A: Please do. We need to have access to hot water to remove all of the grime efficiently off your oven. As for the electricity, we need for testing of the cooker before and after we the service and make sure the appliance works properly.
